Trucast is attentive to our customer's needs and has expanded to better serve them with capabilities in wax pattern injection, pattern finishing, assembly and manufacturing of complete "dip ready" clusters.
While our pattern and finishing division stands on it's own reputation, we also work hand-in-hand with our design and manufacturing facility to produce the best-quality patterns and to be sure we meet our customers demands.
The Trucast Pattern division utilizes 5,000 square feet for pattern dressing and assembly, 2,500 square feet for pattern injection and 2,500 square feet for our inspection and layout departments.
Our injection capabilites, along with our white light and CMM inspection capabilities complement our team of pattern finishers assuring our customers quality castings. We hang our reputation on quality cast parts that our customers provide to companies all over the world.
